Flashes Close Out Home Stand with Run Rule Victory

KENT- The Kent State Golden Flashes baseball team finished off their six-game home stand with a run rule 11-1 victory over the Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets.

The Flashes jumped all over the Baldwin Wallace starter batting around and scoring seven runs in the first inning. Jake Casey would open the scoring with an RBI single out to left field and would come in to score just a few batters later on an error by the Baldwin Wallace third baseman. Two more runs would come in to score on bases loaded walks by Ripken Reese and Landon Tiesing.
