KENT- The Golden Flashes jumped up early on Eastern Michigan and rolled to a 9-2 victory on Sunday afternoon at Schoonover Stadium.
The Flashes jumped out a three-run lead in the first on the back of a wild pitch and a two-run double off the bat of Brody Williams. They'd score the first eight runs on the day, with Kyle Jackson adding an RBI triple and a Hunter Klotz three-run homer in the third.
That was more than enough run support for Eric Chalus, who stymied the Eagles all day on Sunday.
