Flashes Bounce Back with Road Victory

DEKALB, IL. - The Kent State Men's Basketball team (9-8) bounced back from a three-game loss against NIU 83-76. The Flashes are now 2-3 in the MAC. The Flashes will look ahead to the anticipated rival matchup against Akron on Friday, Jan. 19. Tip-off time is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and will be available on ESPNU.

Kent State started the game gaining the lead quickly. The Flashes started with another new lineup that included Donovan Hunter who made his first collegiate start as a true freshman. The Flashes went on a 7-0 win early on to make the score 10-2.
