KENT, Ohio – The Kent State University field hockey teams returns to the road, traveling to Muncie, Indiana to take on the Ball State Cardinals Friday at 3 p.m.
The Golden Flashes enter the weekend 1-1 in conference play, having defeated Appalachian State, 3-0, before taking a close, hard fought loss against Miami, 1-0. The loss snapped a seven match winning streak over the Redhawks.
Kent State has four remaining matches on the schedule, all in MAC play. Following Friday's match, Kent State will travel to Central Michigan before hosting Longwood and Ohio to finish the year.
