INDIANAPOLIS — Kent State junior Baidy Ba has earned an individual qualifying spot at the NCAA Cross Country Championships for the second season in a row, the NCAA announced during Saturday afternoon's selection show.
Ba broke his own program 10K record on Friday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships with a time of 30:02.4 to finish 13th. He is the sixth runner in program history to qualify for multiple national meets and the first since Ed Norris in 1967 and 1970.
The 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships will be held Saturday, Nov.
