Zac Brown Band, Train to play at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in September

For the first time in nearly 30 years, Kansas State University’s football stadium will hold a major music concert.

Kansas State officials announced on Thursday that the country group Zac Brown Band and rock group Train will play Saturday, Sept. 10 at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan as part of the Wildcat Kickoff music festival.

It will be the first major concert event at Bill Snyder Family Stadium since Willie Nelson played in 1987 at then-KSU Stadium.

The concert falls on K-State football’s bye week between the Sept. 2 Stanford road game and the Sept.
