After an eight-day break from games, the K-State women’s basketball team will take the floor again tonight. For just the third time in program history, the Wildcats will be squaring off against the UT-Arlington Mavericks in Manhattan.
K-State enters tonight’s game with a 1-1 record over Thanksgiving break and a 4-1 record overall. Tonight’s game will be the first of three games that K-State will be playing over a five-day stretch.
The Wildcats traveled to Hartford, Connecticut, to face the No. 1 ranked UCONN on Nov. 23. K-State lost 97-57 to the Huskies, who have won the last three women’s basketball national championships.
