HOUSTON — After nearly a month without a game, Kansas State is ready to hit the playing surface again.
The Wildcats practiced on Monday at Rice Stadium in preparation for the Texas Bowl this week against Texas A&M, and both the K-State players and coaches seem anxious for the game.
K-State plays the Aggies at 8 p.m. on Wednesday in NRG Stadium.
“We’re very confident,” K-State linebacker Charmeachealle Moore said. “We’ve been putting in the work, and we’re ready to go out there and show we can play. It’s been too long.”
K-State (8-4) is prepping for a Texas A&M squad that likes to move the ball quickly on offense and plays a style of bend-but-don’t-break defense.
