It was a tough weekend in Omaha, Nebraska for the K-State volleyball team as they lost three matches to Wisconsin, Arkansas and Creighton this past weekend at the Creighton Classic.
The classic was full of good teams as the four teams combined for a record of 26-9 going into the weekend.
On Friday, the Cats took on the No. 11 Wisconsin Badgers, who had only lost one match coming into the classic. The Wildcats lost in four sets (20-25, 14-25, 27-25, 23-25).
The loss snapped a six-match winning streak for K-State and was their first loss in September.
