Everyone got in on the act as K-State improves to 2-0.
It was a slow and disjointed start.
After the first quarter, K-State's women trailed Abilene Christian 18-17, and had gone cold from the floor. But Megan Deines exploded in the second quarter, ripping off a personal 8-0 run in the center of a 12-0 K-State run, and the Wildcats were off to the races in an eventual 76-45 rout of the visiting Other Purple Wildcats. K-State outscored ACU 59-27 in the final three quarters.
Deines ended the first half with 18, and only added another pair in the second half.
