Erik Kynard wants people to come out and watch the DeLoss Dodds Invitational this weekend, but not because he’s jumping on Saturday.
No, the former Kansas State All-American and 2012 Olympic silver medalist wants fans to check out the star-studded Wildcats at Ahearn Field House.
“If I were a fan, I’d want to be more engaged in these K-State student-athletes,” Kynard said about a field that includes 11 K-State Olympic hopefuls. “They also have the opportunity to represent their countries in their respective events on the track. From a fan’s perspective, I’d want to be more engaged watching their progress in 2016.
