Well, it certainly wasn’t pretty, but in the end the Wildcats managed to fend off the Golden Lions to start the season 4-0. Some more deep shots finally fell in the first half, but the WeberCats still needed another second half rally to earn the victory.
Sophomore Shaun Williams saw his first action last night coming off suspension, and while his two jacked 3’s and lack of effort defensively didn’t inspire much confidence from fans, his presence back on the court was celebrated by teammates, especially Cartier Diarra and Xavier Sneed.
