SLATE: Weekend Wrap

It’s too depressing to talk about football this morning, but we have to, we suppose.

K-State fell out of the AP Poll, receiving only five points to sit in 38th place, and received no votes in the coaches’ poll. Could’ve been worse; Clemson fell 16 spots to #25 in the AP and 12 spots to #19 in the coaches after their overtime loss to North Carolina State. Texas A&M also fell eight spots after losing to Arkansas, which is now a top ten team in the AP poll and 11th in the coaches.

Oklahoma State, for their part, was rewarded with the 19th spot in the AP and 18th in the coaches.
