After a couple of home meets to start off the indoor portion of the season, the K-State will have the misfortune of traveling east for the Jayhawk Classic in Lawrence starting today and extending into tomorrow. K-State will face the host Jayhawks and Wichita State in a rematch from the Triangular last week (one that the Wildcats won).
K-State has gotten off to a strong start so far this season with seven different athletes ranking in the top 15 in their events led by senior Tejaswin Shankar who has the top high jump mark in the country and the fourth-best triple jump.
