As announced yesterday by Bruce Weber, sophomore forward Antonio Gordon has officially entered his name into the transfer portal and will be departing Kansas State. Gordon had previously missed the final three games of the season due to unspecified “health issues”, but had been an irregular starter and key bench player for the Wildcats in his two seasons in Manhattan. Current college basketball trends suggest Antonio won’t be the last current Wildcat we see transfer this offseason, but there are currently no rumblings if anyone else is considering that option. The upside to this news is that we can finally just say “Gordon”, and not have to specify which one.
