This week was a six-day window for Big 12 television assignments, but next week gets the 13-day treatment. That means we got the game times for both this Saturday’s trip to Texas Tech and the October 30 Homecoming date with TCU yesterday.
It’s a morning kickoff in Lubbock on Saturday, with an 11:00 start on FS1 with the intolerable stylings of Tim Brando to add to the misery. Also getting the 11:00 slot: Oklahoma at Kansas on ESPN. Why the flagship feels the need to destroy their ratings with Kansas football remains beyond our comprehension.
