The bye week blues are hitting hard for Kansas State Wildcat fans this week due in no small part to head coach Chris Klieman announcing that Covid-19 has returned to ravage part of the Wildcats roster and three-star athlete Jayden Williams decommitting from the Cats Thursday.
However, there was some good news coming out of Vanier yesterday with junior defensive end Wyatt Hubert being one of 25 players in the country named to the 2020 Ted Hendricks Defensive End Award initial watchlist. A K-State player has been up for the award every season since Meshak Williams in 2012.
