K-State Hall of Famer and Ring of Honor member Clarence Scott will add to his list of honors on Friday when he is inducted into the Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame as a member of its Class of 2016.
The Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame Awards and Induction Ceremonies will be Friday at the Buckhead Theater in Atlanta, Ga. In addition to Scott, the class features former baseball great Chipper Jones, 12-year NBA veteran Kevin Willis, 17-year NFL veteran Mike Kenn and Al Ciraldo.
A defensive back from 1968-70, the Decatur, Ga., native played in the first game at now-Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
