It seems that a dose of the Sprint Center in Kansas City does these Wildcats some good.
After a four game stretch that saw the Cats put up sub-par offensive performances, the Cats actually had a better game than the 69-58 final score over Vanderbilt would indicate. The Wildcats were led by Sprint Center-wonderman Makol Mawien, who has significantly elevated his play during the last three contests in KCMO.
Today’s game is the last before Big 12 Conference play begins, and will be the last chance for the Wildcats to work out any kinks. George Mason looked good on paper to being the season, but their RPI currently sits at a lowly 231, and are just 6-6 against a 218-ranked strength of schedule.
