That potential event came about due to tonight’s clutch victory on the Longhorn home court, a 67-65 win for K-State (17-6, 6-5 Big 12) which broke a two-game skid and gave a much-needed boost to the Wildcat resume. The win leaves K-State tied with Kansas for most road Big 12 wins this season.
Dean Wade, whose streak of 20-point outings came to an end Saturday in Morgantown, didn’t get there again tonight.
