Podcast: Previewing K-State football's game against Louisiana Tech

MANHATTAN — The Kansas State football defense has pitched back-to-back gems to start the season, but are the Wildcats ready for a "half-a-million"-yard rusher?

“The running back, (Kenneth) Dixon, has half a million yards or whatever it is and is a very, very fine player,” coach Bill Snyder said this week. “He can make that cut and make you miss so when he gets out in space he’s a difficult guy to tackle, and he runs hard.”

OK, so maybe the "half a million" line is a bit of an exaggeration, but the Louisiana State running back still has tremendous numbers — he is the top rusher among all active college players at 3,516 yards and has scored 65 career touchdowns.
