Kansas State women’s basketball head coach Jeff Mittie has rounded out his coaching staff for the 2016-17 season with the addition of former NBA guard Chris Carr. Carr will helm the position of director of student-athlete development for the program.
“I am thrilled to welcome Chris and his family to our staff and the K-State family,” Mittie said. “After a successful NBA and professional career Chris has been a business owner and coach in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, area. His vast basketball knowledge and extensive professional experience will help in his role as director of student-athlete development. He will greatly enhance the student-athlete experience for current and future Wildcats.
