A little less than two weeks ago, Chris Solari of the Detroit Free Press reported that Andre Rison, the former NFL star and father of Michigan State Spartans wide receiver Hunter Rison, had issued a statement which said Hunter would be transferring.
This weekend, the younger Rison paid a visit to K-State, and before even getting into the swing of weekend events announced via Twitter that he’s found his new home.
Rison, a true freshman who’d been a four-star recruit and had been a not-insignificant part of the Spartan offense in 2017, was always headed to Michigan State as a recruit.
