MBB ends regular season on winning note

On Saturday, Kansas State beat Baylor 77-67 to end the regular season on a winning note. The Wildcats finished 10-8 in Big 12 play, the best finish since sharing the Big 12 title in the 2012-13 season. Kansas State is now in fourth place in the conference standings and will be the fourth seed in the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City next week.

It took a team effort to put the Bears away. Three players were in double figures, with Dean Wade scoring 25 points off 9-of-14 shooting and Barry Brown tallying 18 points on 6-of-9 field goals including two from beyond the arc.
