KSU women’s golf opens in Florida

The Kansas State women’s golf team will get its spring season underway this weekend, as the Wildcats head to Tallahassee, Fla., to compete in the Florida State Match-Up at the par-72, 6,265-yard Don Veller Seminole Golf Course and Club.

The tournament will consist of single rounds of 18 holes all three days — beginnin Friday and running through Sunday — with tee times starting at 7:30 a.m. (CST) on Friday and Saturday, and 7 a.m. on Sunday.

Five members of the K-State squad will be competing in the tournament, including junior Madison Talley, senior Scotland Preston, junior Paige Nelson, junior Katherine Gravel-Coursol and freshman Chloe Weir.
