Tyler Lockett, a member of the Seattle Seahawks, returned a kick 103 yards for a touchdown and later returned a kick 46 yards. The Seahawks did not have a true special teams playmaker last season and it’s safe to say that Lockett has made his case for being said player.
The Seahawks traded third, fourth, fifth, and sixth round picks to the Redskins in order to move up to draft Lockett in this year’s draft. He was taken 69th overall (third round) and will be a fun guy to watch. Not only is Lockett going to one of the best teams in the NFL, but he’s already showcased what he’s capable of doing and we’re only one preseason game into the NFL season.
