Kansas State Wildcats: Seattle Seahawks Sign Jake Waters

Waters had an impressive career with the Wildcats, throwing for 5,970 yards, 40 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions in two years at K-State. He led the Wildcats to two Bowl games (one in which they won – the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl against Michigan in 2013) and went 17-9 during his time under center for Kansas State.

Despite his stats and ability to win games during his college career, Waters went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft. He had surgery on his shoulder after the season was over, which more than likely hurt any chances of him being drafted, but he did find a home for a short period of time.
