In what seems to be a common refrain this season, we’re approaching yet another milestone in futility with the K-State men’s basketball team.
After last weekend’s loss to Texas A&M, the Wildcats have lost four-straight in Bramlage Coliseum. The inevitable loss today to the No. 13/11 Red Raiders will put the streak at five games, which will tie the K-State record for losses in Bramlage set back in January to February of 2000. The head coach? Tom Asbury, who was relieved of his duties at the end of the season.
Yes, it’s harsh to say the loss is inevitable.
