MANHATTAN, Kan.
Byron Pringle won’t play his first game in front of Kansas State football fans for another month, but he already feels like he has scored a touchdown in front of them.
Based on the abundance of positive feedback he has received since arriving on campus in January, it was an unforgettable 90-yard catch-and-run in which he broke six tackles on his way to the end zone.
Preseason expectations are high for Pringle, a 22-year old sophomore receiver with loads of talent and a checkered past, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
“If I could tell K-State fans anything, it would be that I love their support, Pringle said Saturday at the Wildcats’ media day.
