MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) Barry Brown scored 18 points, three teammates finished in double figures, and Kansas State rallied to beat South Dakota 93-72 on Friday night.
Stephen Hurt, Dean Wade and Justin Edwards each scored 15 for Kansas State (3-0) and Kamau Stokes contributed five assists.
South Dakota (1-3) led 42-39 at halftime, the first time this season the Wildcats were down at the break.
Kansas State (3-0) trailed 49-47 with 17:54 left before Justin Edwards hit two free throws to make it 51-49. Edwards' points were part of a 23-9 run that gave Kansas State enough distance to close out the game.
