Kansas State fans hoping for reinforcements at quarterback will have to wait at least another week.
Freshman quarterback Alex Delton is not yet ready to play, coach Bill Snyder said Tuesday at his weekly news conference.
“He is still in the rehab mode as much as anything,” Snyder said. “I think, watching him do some things out there, he is doing fine. He just hasn’t been able to progress beyond getting over the injury. He is not ready to play yet.”
Delton has missed the past five games with an injured right knee. Snyder said he would return to practice last week, creating optimism he could be active Thursday when K-State hosts No.
