Kansas State appears on its way to a rematch with Kansas in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Tournament.
The Wildcats lead Oklahoma State 40-23 at halftime in the opening game of the event at the Sprint Center.
K-State built the advantage behind a tremendous defensive effort, which held Oklahoma State to 7 of 21 shooting. The Cowboys didn’t score a point off anything other than a second-chance opportunity or a free throw until midway through the first half.
