Brian Patrick, a sophomore guard on the Kansas State basketball team, has decided to transfer and finish his college basketball career elsewhere.
K-State announced Patrick's departure Thursday via a news release.
“We appreciate Brian’s contributions to our basketball program," K-State coach Bruce Weber said in a statement, "and wish him the best of luck as he pursues his playing career at another institution.”
Patrick will leave K-State after two mostly quiet seasons with the Wildcats.
