In a surprising turn of events, Walter Neil Jr, an 18 game starter at corner back for the Wildcats, is entering the transfer portal.
Pete Thamel of Yahoo sports was first to announce the transfer via twitter.

Neil, a 5’9, 180 pound defensive back out of Lawton, Oklahoma was one of the feel good stories on the Kansas State roster.
