If things play out favorably for Kansas State against South Dakota on Saturday, and the Wildcats take a large lead into the fourth quarter, odds are good backup quarterbacks Joe Hubener and Alex Delton will both get on the field.
Will that stategy change if the game is close throughout? Not necessarily.
“There is a strong possibility that they will have that opportunity,” K-State football coach Bill Snyder said Tuesday. “But not because of what you anticipate a score to be. That is not the way we are approaching it. We have certain things we want them to be able to do and we will try to give them the opportunity to do that.
