Kansas State Wildcats defensive back Cre Moore was arrested and charged with DUI early Sunday morning following a one-car crash. Ken Corbitt of the Topeka Capital-Journal reported Moore’s arrest.
Per Corbitt, Moore’s Ford truck suffered “major damage” in the crash, but Moore himself was not injured. To add insult to injury, on top of his DUI charge, Moore was found in possession of several pills and charged with “possession of depressant.”
Kansas State has yet to comment on Moore’s arrest or what the consequences will be, but is aware of what happened. A former three-star recruit out of Oklahoma’s Broken Arrow High School, just outside Tulsa, Moore has appeared in three games this season after playing in five as a redshirt freshman last year.
