MANHATTAN — Kansas State coach Bill Snyder said Monday in a university news release he has throat cancer but will continue leading the Wildcats and expects to be on the field when spring practices begin March 29.

Snyder said he has undergone outpatient treatment at KU Medical Center for three weeks and also has been treated by M.
