MANHATTAN, Kan.
Kansas State women’s basketball coach Jeff Mittie has signed a new six-year contract worth $3.56 million, the school announced Tuesday.
The contract, which runs through the 2021-22 season, adds three years to his current deal and increases his salary to $475,000 next season and $25,000 each year after, reaching $600,000 per season in the contract’s final year. He was scheduled to earn $425,000 next season under the terms of his original contract. Also added was a retention bonus of $100,000, which he will receive if he is still coaching at K-State on April 14, 2019.
