Kansas State’s Kersten Kober was selected the Big 12 Conference volleyball Scholar-Athlete of the Year on Thursday.
Kober, a junior libero from Southlake, Texas, is a two-time Academic All-Big 12 selection with a 4.00 GPA in accounting.
Other Big 12 Scholar-Athletes for the fall season were Craig Nowak, Oklahoma State, men’s cross country; Ingeborg Loevness, Oklahoma State, women’s cross country; Ty Darlington, Oklahoma, football and Koree Willer, Iowa State, women’s soccer.
