Bob Boozer, the two-time All-American Kansas State basketball star who led the Wildcats to the 1958 Final Four, will be posthumously inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame this fall in Kansas City.
Boozer, who died in 2012, is part of an eight-member Class of 2016 that also includes another player already inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass., former Georgia and Atlanta Hawks star Dominique Wilkins.
After, K-State, Boozer played on the gold-medal winning 1960 U.S. Olympic team and went on to an 11-year NBA career.
