LUBBOCK, Texas — The Kansas State women’s tennis team was swept on Friday, losing to No. 13 Texas Tech 4-0 at the Lubbock Country Club.
The Wildcats (8-8, 0-3 Big 12) had another shift in the lineup against the Red Raiders (16-2, 1-1), as Carolina Costamagna returned to singles play. The sophomore competed in the No. 2 position, losing to Sarah Dvorak 6-2, 6-1.
Ana Garcia Navas remained in the No. 1 spot, where she lost to No. 122 Gabriela Talaba 6-3, 6-2.
Millie Stretton moved back to the No. 3 position where she fell to Alex Valenstein 6-2, 6-2.
