WACO, Texas — There’s no deep, dark secret for Kansas State to improve its offense against zone defenses: Move the ball, attack inside and make shots.
Sounds simple, but the Wildcats continue to have problems solving the puzzle. Until they do, they will continue to see zones from teams that normally don’t utilize that defense.
“We have to figure out some things to help them and they have to figure out some things,” K-State coach Bruce Weber said.
One team that does play primarily zone is Baylor, and the Wildcats (11-6, 1-4 Big 12) face the challenge against the No.
