No basketball coach wants to start the conference season with two straight losses, but Kansas State’s Jeff Mittie is far from hitting the panic button just yet.
The Wildcats, coming off a pair of losses to Iowa State and TCU, instead are focusing on the big picture — that’s there is still a lot of basketball to be played.
“You have to hold your team to a standard of expectation of how we want to play and do it well, but you also want to make sure you’re not creating a bunch of problems that you really don’t have,” Mittie said Monday.
