MANHATTAN — The Kansas State football team isn’t in complete panic mode just yet, but a three-game losing streak punctuated by a 55-0 loss to Oklahoma has the Wildcats teetering on the edge.
The Wildcats held a players-only meeting Monday to air their concerns.
“It was good for guys to let their opinion be heard,” linebacker Will Davis said Tuesday at K-State’s weekly media session. “Anytime you have a little bit of a venting session, whether it be one-on-one with a guy or in a team setting, it can always be beneficial.”
Davis said the meeting, called by the team captains, lasted between 35-40 minutes.
