K-State football announces player representatives

MANHATTAN — Kansas State football coach Bill Snyder announced Tuesday the team's 12 player representatives for the 2016 season, a group that includes senior defensive back Dante Barnett, who missed last season with an injury.

Barnett was granted a medical hardship to be able to play after he was hurt in the Wildcats' opening game last year.

Other player reps are Deante Burton, Jesse Ertz, Joe Hubener, Charles Jones, Elijah Lee, Matthew McCrane, Dalton Risner, Trent Tanking, Dayton Valentine, Nick Walsh and Jordan Willis.
