The 2015 recruiting class for Kansas State’s basketball team is complete with the signing of Ron Freeman announced Thursday by coach Bruce Weber.
Freeman announced last week he had committed to the Wildcats. The 6-foot-5, 175-pound shooting guard from Inglewood, Calif., averaged 16.6 points , 7.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.8 blocks in prep school last season, helping Future College Prep of Harbor City, Calif., to a 40-14 record.
“He is a young man that can give us some versatility with his athleticism and ability to score the ball,” Weber said. “He is not only a great shooter with terrific jumping ability but also has exceptional length for both the shooting guard and small forward spots.
