Kansas State continued reshaping its basketball roster with the addition of Kade Kinnamon as a walk-on for the 2015-16 season.
Kinnamon is a 6-foot guard who is a former St. John High School teammate of K-State signee Dean Wade. Kinnamon was a Capital-Journal third team All-Class 2A selection his senior season in 2014 and redshirted last season at Seward County Community College after suffering a toe injury that required surgery.
He is the second player to join the Wildcats as a walk-on along with Manhattan's Pierson McAtee. Coach Bruce Weber still has two open scholarships for next season after the departure of eight players and the signing of six to letters of intent.
