MANHATTAN — All the makings of a trap game were present.
Coming off a road win at Georgia and with another road game Saturday at Texas A&M, Kansas State had to take care of business Wednesday against Coppin State.
The Wildcats had a couple of minor issues but did what they needed to easily handle the Eagles for an 83-58 victory at Bramlage Coliseum.
“You have to be mature and prepare just the same as you prepare for any other game,” K-State forward Wesley Iwundu said. “We kind of did a good job of that today.
