After 20 seasons at the post, Kansas State co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Del Miller has retired.
K-State announced Miller’s retirement Monday morning.
Miller, 66, oversaw the development of a slew of notable quarterbacks in his 20 years under K-State head coach Bill Snyder. Miller first arrived in Manhattan in 1989 as the offensive coordinator.
The move opens the door for former K-State quarterback Collin Klein to return to the coaching staff as the new quarterbacks coach. Though not yet announced by K-State, The Wichita Eagle’s Kellis Robinett reported Sunday that Klein is expected to return to the Wildcat sideline.
