Kansas State sports has found a new home on the radio.
K-State’s football, men’s basketball, and approximately 10 women’s basketball games will be broadcast on 610 Sports in Kansas City beginning in September on a four-year deal, the school announced Friday afternoon.
K-State and its multimedia rights holder, Learfield, agreed to the deal with Entercom KC, 610’s owner.
“When we began our search for a new radio home in Kansas City, a strong commitment to K-State and our programs and an improved signal strength were at the forefront of our discussions,” said Athletics Director Gene Taylor.
